Work Visa - New Application



As there's the new policy start from 1st April 2017, it's a big difference of the process and documents required for the application, kindly find below the Foreigner Work Permit(FWP) application documents required:

For the Employee Applicant,

These documents required:
  1. Color scan of passport, former China Visa(if have), current entry stamp page
  2. Two inch color photo scan of applicant
  3. Applicant's Resume(need to be continuous after graducation and at least 2 years relevant working experience )
  4. Applicant's Work Reference letter(Original and Scan, at least 2 years relevant working experience)
  5. Non-criminal Record Report issued from outside of China, need to be notarized by the local bureau or China Embassy or the country consulate in China, notarization translation need to be Chinese
  6. Applicant's original diploma and the notarization from local bureau or or China Embassy or the country consulate in China, notarization translation need to be Chinese
  7. If applicant works in China before, then need the before Alien Employment Permit book scar copy
  8. Applicant's Medical Report（www.sithc.com）
  9. Need to show the exact position and start date

  4. Apply the Working Visa (Resident Permit, 7 working days)
  5. Apply the Foreigner's Work Permit (Card, 15 working days)
