Work Visa - Transfer Application



As there's the new policy start from 1st April 2017, it's a big difference of the process and documents required for the application, kindly find below the China Work Permit transfer application documents required:

For the Applicant(Employee )

These documents required:
  1. Color scan of passport, former China Working Visa, last entry stamp page
  2. Two inch color photo(white background)
  3. Applicant's Resume(need to be continuous after graducation and at least 2 years relevant working experience )
  4. Applicant's Alien Employment Permit Book or China Work Permit Card
  5. Non-criminal Record Report issued from outside of China Need to be notarized by the local bureau or China Embassy or the country consulate in China, notarization translation need to be Chinese (This can be exempted if you apply on time)
  6. Applicant's original diploma and the notarization from local bureau or or China Embassy or the country consulate in China, notarization translation need to be Chinese (This can be delayed if you apply on time)
  7. Applicant's Medical Report（www.sithc.com） (This can be delayed if you apply on time)
  8. New Labor Contract(need to be in Chinese, include title, exact date, work content)
  9. The cancellation letter of the Alien Employment Permit book
  10. A release letter from last employer （check the sample via our WeChat）
